The Client Experience Ambassador will provide our clients with a “white glove” experience with an emphasis on hospitality and a drive to go above and beyond our customer expectations. Our Reps will be confident, hospitable, empathetic, and empowered to do what is necessary to manage client complaints, resolve complex issues, and build lasting relationships in tandem with our world class commitment to excellence.

What You Do

  • Take full ownership of the client interaction – be the face of a world class enterprise
  • Provide a white glove experience to customers through inbound calls with a goal of first call resolution strategy with focus on KPI’s
  • Provide a white glove experience through proactive outbound calling relating to timely and effective communication including providing return dates, marketing campaigns, quality surveys, etc
  • Manage chats and queries through the My Lab Connect (MLC) client portal. This includes password resets and other administrative MLC tasks
  • Provide empathy and trust by de-escalating and resolving client concerns in a professional and exceptional manner
  • Promote value add in alignment with company initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Review client trends and identify possible loss of business by calling clients in line with retention goals
  • Collaborate with client experience team members, sales, and marketing to improve company financials

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service field, emphasis in a call center environment or hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment and meeting standards
  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials and techniques preferred
  • MS Office Suite knowledge with ability to learn new programs
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
